  1. This application form is for us to better serve you and get to know our clients a little. Our CSA is small and will stay that way. Total cost of a share is $530.00 for a half bushel basket of produce and herbs each week.

    Flower share membership is 20 weeks. Bouquets are delivered in bucket of water & picked fresh the day of delivery. Bouquets are picked up in a first come basis as each bouquet will be slightly different. Indicate payment method below.
